- Prizes issued by The Safari Club and Collection partners and their suppliers are all subject to availability, are not transferable, and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
- If winners can not utilize the prize within the 6 months period of issue of the voucher, the prize will expire, unless special extensions can be negotiated.
- Prizes will be drawn randomly from the relevant entry pool on the specified dates.
- In the event of a dispute, the Safari Club's decision will be final and binding on all parties.
- The winner is responsible for all of their own travel or extra costs not covered in the prize as specified on the winner's voucher for that particular prize.
- Winners must liaise with the Safari Club to take up their prize and should allow at least 1 months notice of intent to use their prize.
